Some people go on vacations and spend huge amounts of money on these fancy hotel rooms. When I go to vacation, I want to explore the area - not chill out in a fancy hotel room. If you can afford it, great, but I'd rather spend an extra few days and have just an average condo or something.

Likely true. It seems more like temp home that someone would use for specific events. I was thinking perhaps a F1 race car driver, but I guess it would work well for an actor as well when he's on a set.
