Jericho was a show i really liked :( cbs fucked over the viewers after we petitioned to get the show back on.

If it wasn't for sports on tv, i wouldn't have a need for one at all...

Same here. A lot of people who usually like the same things I enjoy are really into that show. I've never been able to get into it at all.

Too much courage? She has a real body and good on for her showing it. She got down with Donald Glover. She writes the show so she totally manufactured that but I would too if I could.

Her character is so much like one of my friends from high school that I had call her and tell her to watch the show. They are doing a good job of touching on a type of girl/young woman that hasn't had much representation. I see myself in there too.

I tried to watch it and couldn't get into it. I watched about half the first season, but found that all characters seemed like annoying whiny bitches who have some kind of sense of entitlement. It just annoyed me.

I felt the same way about most of Sex In The City. I think both shows are probably best serving the female audience that identifies with particular characters. The girls in Girls do have that whiny sense of entitlement and that is part of the show. It is the sort of attitude that a lot of middle to upper middle class young women have at that stage in their lives. They have an education that they were told made them special in some way. So they do think the world owes them a bit of something.

What comes next in their development is being knocked back down to earth and having to find out who you have to earn your place in the world. I suspect that is where the show is going. There have been several scenes in it that could have been ripped out of a diary of my circle of friends from late high school/early college. I am pretty sure I would hate that version of myself now.

I got into Fringe on Netflix last week. It's pretty darned good if you like X Files type shows! Not too shabby... makes me want to read my William Gibson collection again.

I just watched the first 3 episodes of that Kevin Bacon show, The Following last night. I didn't like the pilot that much until the last 5 minutes, but the second and third episodes were awesome. The bad guys in the show are really fleshed out characters and there's some great use of music. A+.

Banshee (sweet storyline about an ex con posing as a local sheriff, very nice plot, characters are likable, and lots of nudity and fucking lol)

Vampire Diaries (Vampires, Werewolves, Hybrids, need I say more)

Arrow (based on the Green Arrow comic book hero, strong storyline)

Revenge
The Lying Game
Walking Dead
Homeland
Breaking Bad
Teen Wolf (awesome gem of a show)
