    Anyone know which of them is the best, most current and most informative?

    Someone recommended https://www.instantcheckmate.com but I'm wondering if there is a better one out there...

      Do it yourself

      I found it was just as easy to do it myself and sell the service to others who need it.

      I paid back my startup capital after 9 months. But my parents started doing all of there tenant screening through me.
      I dabble in this and a little in that.
