    Offshore billing and hosting

    I'm inquiring for a friend. He's moving his company abroad, but now he needs billing. Obviously few processors will work with offshore, off the radar (but legal) companies.

    I think Icepay will/can, any others with normal prices? They're not selling digital items, so too high fees are simply not working.

    And how about hosting? Where is the best place for him to get hosting without every competitor being able to track down his whereabouts?

                                          I'll work through the emails i got, but for billing i'd have to add that they need regular billing solutions for Europe, such as iDeal, bancontact, mr cash, sofortuberweisung etc..
