Do you really have to keep making threads about this. We already explained to you, and send you proof, that you had 1 customer that joined over a year ago who did a lot of chargebacks at once and that our biller refunded his latest transactions after that to make sure there wouldn't be any more chargebacks. This is perfectly normal and unfortunately happens sometimes. Since you hardly send any new sales this resulted in a negative amount.Comment

In my experience, surfers can charge back only the last 3 months. So your not supposed to get more than 3 chargebacks from the same member.Comment

Depending on the bank it can be even 6 months or more.
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes customers do charge back all the charges their bank allows them to charge back. We have no influence on this and there is nothing we can do about this. And when the biller posts the chargebacks to Nats it automatically deducts it from the affiliate that send the sale. This is perfectly normal and there is nothing shady about this. These things just happen sometimes. We have already send proof to the thread starter about this, so I am not sure why he had to make this second thread. This is a revshare account. If you have a few dollars in new sales and a couple of chargebacks in a period the amount will obviously be in minus.Comment

We offer PPS now, so no need to worry about rebills anymore. Also we have re-done all the sites, so they convert a lot better now.

My last sign up was on 9/20, I recieved a charge back on 9/29 which influenced my decision to not promote them as much. Then I turn around and get a charge back on 10/15! Where did that charge back come from? Are members allowed to join view/download content for a month then get their money back?

I had at one point Revengebucks longest rebill ever. I'm sure that's toast by now, but when the program was owned by John, I NEVER really had any chargebacks, because he ran a legit program. I had a 5 year old rebill when one guy owned it, and then another guy owns it and somehow they charge back a YEAR of joins? LOL
That's why I stopped promoting their other programs too. Same exact shit.
