This is a Yeti Float; available at Sophie's Place in Redondo Beach. It is pretty simple to make.

Vanilla Bean ice cream with some chocolate sauce (I will get chocolate on the side next time) put in a glass and filled with a Yeti Imperial Stout. You can really use most stouts or porters and it is my understanding that soft-serve vanilla ice cream is even better (tough for small restaurants to stock that though).
