Here in the U.S. the majority of states have the age of consent at 16 and even 15 and always has been.

I couldn't care less about him sleeping with a prostitute. I DO CARE about him sleeping with someone that is underage. Adults should be free to do whatever as long as you don't harm someone else or their property. A child, (however that is defined), is not yet capable of making that choice and should be protected. There is a major problem in the world with underage girls being used as sex slaves and that is something that no libertarian is ok with...
