    I just learned something new in music history from Sally/Marion

    posted in his obituary thread for a singer he did the jitterbug to when he was a young buck

    and here I thought rock and roll evolved from the blues of the Mississippi Delta when it turns out it was three middle aged sisters from Illinois who influenced Buddy Holly and the rest
