Anyone else sleepwalk? - GoFuckYourself.com

I am getting worse - My most recent thing is to get up and push the bed to the side of the room and then go to the sofa where I wake up.

I have always had really bad night terrors - I can sort of handle that, but I am worried where I will wake up next.

I have taken to wearing PJs in case I decide I want to go out in the middle of the night.

Any tips handed down from your granny that might help?

No, but I do take Velafaxine and that is part of the cause for the night terrors - I can control that to an extent by taking them at different times every day.

It seems likely that this is connected to that....

I sleep fuck. If there is a woman in the bed with me, I have a tendency to start kissing up on her and arousing her and initiating sex... while I'm still asleep. My ex-wife loved it, it creeped me out because I'd wake up balls deep in some pussy with no memory of how we started. True story.

Sometimes Ambien makes me do shit I normaly wouldnt do, or say shit that I wouldnt normaly say.

Waking up to two empty large bags of peanutbutter M&Ms with no idea how they got in the bed, made me start cutting my Ambien in half.

I wont even go into detail with the shit that I've said after taking a whole Ambien.

Another relevant true story: I took ambien once, and thank god my wife was there... I started hallucinating exactly like an acid trip. It did help me fall asleep though, because I was not in the mood for an acid trip. Once my wife helped me figure out what was happening I just kept my eyes closed to stop hallucinating and fell sound asleep.

I was flying from London to New Zealand and took some Zopiclone to try and help with Jet lag - I had to change flights in Sydney and had a 4 hour stopover - I don't remember being in Australia at all.

The worst thing was I had a new Australian immigration stamp in my passport so I had left the airport and gone walkabouts during that time....

Anything could have happened in that 4 hours.

as stated here already it happened to me when i was taking sleeping pills

what makes it really bad is i would get up and cook and eat and go back to bed

sometimes not turning off the stove
