No offense meant, but this happens quite often. Maybe not to this tragic extent, but it still happens.
Happens every couple of years and for some reason people forget the occurrences. Alot like school shootings in the US. This one will be forgotten in a week or two. With the uncountable amount of party venues in the world it's very rare. Unfortunate and tragic, and it will happen again within the next few years then again after that.
Every time I go into a disco (or any big party venue) I look around for the exits. Any place that is a potential deathtrap I just move on.
O bullshit... It's a fucking venue. Rave, rock or dance no one follows zoning codes. Fuck the fire Marshall that tells me how many people can come to my club... "Get overhead fire supression"...fuck you, that's extortion....how about the guy next door running a jack-shack and calling it a massage parlor? Lets make him follow zoning regs... Not cool tha people died, but not a zoning issue.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!
I don't understand how they could allow fireworks in clubs in the first place
2009: Santika Club, Bangkok, Thailand - sparked by fireworks; 66 killed
2009: Lame Horse Club, Perm, Russia - sparked by fireworks; 150 killed
2004: Cromagnon Republic Club, Buenos Aires, Argentina - flare starts fire which kills 194
2003: The Station, Rhode Island, US - sparked by fireworks; 100 killed
Its one of the tings I hate when I am in Spain - They have no respect for fireworks and how dangerous they are.
Some kid chased my mum down the road with one in his hand in Spain last year.
