Do a split test of various mainsteam offers. Find the top 10 keywords and split test differnet things (diet, muscle, loans etc)

it's not easy to handle 20million daily hits, coming in at a rate of ~300/second... it would blow a single apache server up, unless your server can take the request, reply and then close the conn within a fraction of a second.

Fair enough, but I'm sure we can set something up that can handle that - it'd take a couple of days though.

It isn't free though

$1 per 100k daily unique popunders is really cheap, but will set you back $100-150/day based on google unique stats
