    .. and you want to control the world.
    What would be the first things you would do ?

              I would steer them in the exact opposite of the truth and destroy/demonize anything or anyone that talks about the truth.

              I would then have them focus their energy and time on things that don't really matter. After few generations, controlling the world would be a piece of cake

                      If a grain of sand can jam your system, can you really control it ?
                      In my opinion, the thing that matters first is to make sure that your system is robust against events you are not suppose to predict like earthquake, nuclear disasters, economic crisis, wars....
                      Then you have to reduce the complexity of the world, to reduce the chaos.

                              With China being the standard for the NWO, Most important would be to disarm the Americans first and then follow up on the Americans with the Russian take over model.
