Some banks charge a fee to receive a wire.

I would talk to the bank again.

my banks which is in UK clealy mentioned that thet not chraging any thing as sender already paid all the charges for the wire. paxum saying they dont have a clue. I ask paxum to investigate from there end but still waiting for the response

If bank charge to receive wire than paxum should pay for this not the sender. why money is deducted from the orginal amount send to beneficary

Not if Paxum has a deal with the bank to subtract this before deposited ;)

But maybe ask Paxum about it, their support people should be able to pop into the room where accounting is at and ask them.......................

More than likely you wire is having to go through an interm bank to reach our bank.
