Even though The Last Stand isn't doing well at the theater it could very well clean up in DVD and Blu-Ray sales like Dredd is doing.

Maybe he will play the grand grand father of all the terminators....

That's a shame, because it's really not too bad a movie -- but that's all I could say about it. The Korean director made a couple of my favorite movies of the last couple years -- "The Good the Bad The Weird" and "I saw The Devil" -- but that's all it had going for it.

Last Stand had a pretty decent old-school showdown gunfight near the end.

How could anybody not like Kindergarten Cop? That movie's a classic! True Lies was damn good, too.

:)

Or Twins;

"I've only been driving an hour!"

Or Total Recall;

"Consider that a divorce"

I actually hear he's doing a sequel to Twins soon entitled Triplets or something.

Nice. I don't care how old he is. I always like the Terminator series. With the CGI we have these days, it won't even matter.

TheFootMan5 01-25-2013 04:17 PM

I just saw his recent movie and it was pretty good!

PornDiscounts-V 01-25-2013 05:06 PM

How fucking horny do you have to be to fuck that maid skank?

Maybe it was a lost in translation kind of thing. Like somebody said they fucked their maid all of the time and others thought it was awesome, but Arnie didn't realize that guy had a maid that looked like Arie's wife at 25 years old.

SmutHunter 01-25-2013 05:11 PM

Will he have a motorized wheel chair with guns attached to it?

No it doesn't. The recent movie is just a .. boring shoot em up movie. It might be good, I don't know I didn't see it, but its not the kind of movie I would pay to see in a threatre.

Terminator though, IS a movie I would pay to see. It's go Sci-Fi, Robots, Time Travel etc, all the things I like in a movie and story. The fact that it has Arnie is a bonus.

Also, Arnie doesn't have to play another robot. If he really strips down and gets naked, it will be bad for him unless he's pumped up.

Even with all of that, he has that baby with his maid and ruined his marriage with a Kennedy. Like i said...it's over for Arnold.

Who cares about his personal life? I sure don't. And it's hardly over for Arnold. He has another movie coming out in a few months, and he has signed on for Twins part 2 (called "Triplets", "The Legend of Conan" (really!) and he might even make TRUE LIES 2. Plus, you know he commands $20 Million + royalties for every movie he makes.

Over? No way...

Totally agree - few directors could pull it off despite what cast they had. Cameron or perhaps J.J. Abrams could (if he actually paid attention to his work), but honestly - can't see anyone else in that director's chair that would make the movie worth it - not even Tim Burton

I loved the 3rd Terminator ("Rise of the Machines"). It didn't have James Cameron (Jonathan Mostow was at the helm this time), but it was still an excellent movie.

Out of fairness to Arnold, that shirtless picture of him at the beach was taken shortly after he underwent surgery on his shoulder and he hadn't been able to work out. Anybody who lifts knows that a shoulder injury can keep you out of the gym for months. One of the worst injuries a lifter can have.

The total rejection of Last Stand is a rejection of him as a movie star. It's an Arnold movie and was marketed as such. People have moved on to Jason Statham or The Rock.

He's done. You'll see when Terminator 5 doesn't get off the ground. Recent box office is credit when it comes to financing a movie, and that puts Arnold's credit in the toilet.
