I've been happy with Verotel for 8 years now. They charge in euros, but I think they will only pay in USD. Anyway it hasnt been a major issue for me.

What kind of processing are you looking for? 3rd party? (Epoch, CC Bill, etc) Merchant Account? Alternative billing like EU debit, SMS, etc?
