no clue man.

all I know is when a hosted gallery link is clicked through the cc bill code it is not working.

with or without the w's.

The main index for Blood-Money.com works for me, only if I use the w's.

The url: http://www.blood-money.com/galleries.html

works fine, and when I click gallery links there it works.

But going through as a surfer does not.

(shrug)

I am looking into this. I will try to make sure that all links, with our without www, are working for everyone.

It looks like there is some trouble with the blood-money.com domain fully propagating. Could anyone who feels like it ping www.blood-money.com and tell me what you get for an IP?

198.64.184.114 is the IP

round-trip min/avg/max = 54.9/55.8/57.3 ms

That's what I see, too. That's the server (sinhost) that seems to be working okay. I think the problems may be with the old server.

I don't see any problems on our end. Sometimes DNS propogation with and without the WWW occurs fully at two seperate times based on who has what cached.

We're here if you need assistance.

I checked with Corey, and he's been helping me track things down. It sounds like the problem is relatively rare, and due to propagation issues. Support on this has been good.

I have had some trouble settling into good hosting lately. It became pretty clear that we needed a good, solid decicated host. I started looking around, but I pretty much knew what I wanted to to from the start. SinHost was great when I was with them last year, and it's great to be able to announce that I am back with them.

Why did you leave in the first place?

I noticed with a client the other day that pulling up his site with the WWW seemed to propogate before it did without the WWW. When I checked the next morning, both were propogating as expected.

As part of a failed partnership, I got free hosting. I took it to save a little money. (That's when I left SinHost.) When said partnership failed, I was without a host. So I went with someone else, to save money. Finally learned my lesson, and I'm back.
