1st thing to do would be to stop our official use of killing to solve our country's problems. Cut Pentagon by 50%, end death penalty, etc.

As for gun laws I would ban auto & semi-automatic guns, ban clips or magazines w/ more than 7 bullets, tax bullets to pay for mental health

Also: every gun must be registered and every gun owner subjected to passing tests to get a license. Oh, and I would repeal the 2nd amendment
