Not sure about Soursop but I know cannabis does cure cancers and big medicine has know that for quite a while and hasn't included it in their toolbox to fight cancers.

To answer the OP's question, I haven't seen any studies yet to support the claims. Not to say they don't exist, I just haven't looked for them.

No one can EVER prove any natural treatment is as effective as traditional medicine, so you're backed into the corner with idiotic and unsupported arguments and of course, the key ingredient - "conspiracy".
