Its hard to fathom a middle man (processing company) having so much control over the industry to the point when they fuck up our monies....

It starts to fuck with updating your site and pleasing your customers. It would be one thing if the payout was late and it was just late and arrived a few months later and you did not suffer during the interim.

But trust me some one who is struggling in the adult biz cannot afford to have payouts late 1 day let alone 3 weeks!

I have seen people in this exact situation lose their business and companies because they needed those funds for over head and they just could not cut it!

So its almost criminal to have payouts delayed repeatedly and then to have those late payouts start endangering peoples businesses and livlihoods its a horrible and most unsavory practice.

The reality is possession is 9/10ths of the law and a parasite understands this and in many instances parasites think to themselves this thought... "if they are stupid enough to let me hold,handle,and process their money then fuck 'em"

I am not saying that is how michael o and company thinks or acts...however we would be very foolish to think that a certain segment of middle men are not liars,crooks, and cheat with addictions and demons that make holding those hundreds of thousands of dollars very tempting.

With the right bet placed on a sporting contest you could turn that $100,000.00 to $300,000.00 overnight.

Or you could turn that $100,000.00 into.......... -$300,000.00 over night again not saying or suggesting this is the case but when you have 0% over sight and people sitiing in another hemisphere with your money telling you whatever they think you wish to hear....these are the thoughts that people will be assuredly having.

Everyone not getting paid through ACH should have their money. If not please let me know via email since I am travelling.
We have some issues with our ACHs and that is a thing we have to have to find out if we want to continue offering this or not, in response to Joes and Vd's posts.
we are sending vdbucks via wire for free and if he don't already have his SWIFT confirmation he should have it in the morning.
We delayed the payout time for ACH clients because of an expected delay in getting the ACHs out.


SHIMMY2 if there are anything I can do to get your money faster via wire or any other method let me know, if you are in send me your Merchant ID and the payout IDs and we will do it, I have BKK-NRT-SFO-LAS in less than 7 hours so there will be a delay in answering but I will do everything I can. If you are in the Dominical republic RedPass would probably be an easier and cheaper choice for you.

If you are attending Internext and missing a payment let me know and it will be delivered to your room in cash withing 24 hours, you might have to sign a lot of papers to prove you got the money ;)

We were told 2 days ago that due to this ACH screw-up, they would instead send us our money via wire. They also said they'd give us confirmation numbers once they'd done so.

It's now 2 days later on Friday and still no money and no confirmation numbers. It's now 2 full business weeks missing 2 full payouts.

Since we're not getting much information, we can only be left to assume they simply don't have the money right now, for whatever reason.

We've removed them from our cascades but that doesn't help the missing money, and surely doesn't help with all the rebills we have w/ them.

When we sent the wire the SWIFT confirmation were not available instantly and because of me leaving on a airplane, I were not able to get it to vdbucks in the promised time, vdbucks have the SWIFT confimations now and I am not sure how it works but I hope he is able to see we sent the wires when we said we did and as I told him anyone not having their money is because of the issues we have with ACH, we continue to have a dialog about this and if he has issues with his upcoming payouts we find a different solution to get vdbucks paid. Going from Nakhom Nowhere to LV took me 38 hours so I have been a bit offline.
The wires were sent on Thursday from Sweden and 2 business days is the norm so you should have the money on Monday if not you have the SWIFT confirmations and then send me a mail and we will take it from there.

Later were asked to take her website back and we declined and the reason were not worth the trouble.

Still waiting on an ACH payout that settled on the 7th, then was changed to settle on the 10th. Zombaio is not even meeting their changed schedule.

Received ACH payout from settlement date 1/7/13 this morning. Missing ACH from settlement date 1/14/13. These dates are POST Zombaio adjustment.

Well its tuesday and still nothing new has arrived Missing settlement from 1/8 & 1/15 and those were the zombaio modified dates too

Seems they have problems meeting their self created schedule.

Still a big, fat, juicy nothingburger.

Not good. Even I thought they would make everyone whole by Monday. I see some people are getting paid so assuming it's not just a handful with funds due it must be a financial problem on their side? :(

You know ACH isn't as fast as wires right? Just because it says the 14th doesn't mean it's coming on the 14th.

Finally this morning I received an ACH payout that when originally generated had a reported date of 1/5.

If the statement about payouts with 1/14 and later being on-time is accurate, I should have also received a pending payout with an originally-reported date of 1/16, although that is now showing up on the payout listing as 1/21. (I'll give it another day, see below, before I get antsy.)

Re: ACH not being as fast as wires ... I receive ACH payments from a variety of sources and those have been highly reliable, never off by more than a day. And Zombaio wasn't too shabby with their ACH system until this most recent and widely-experienced set of problems beginning in December. In fact, when Zombaio had another really big delayed-payout problem back around Christmas 2010, I was on Wire Transfers, which were both highly expensive and had a wide latitude of arrival dates. ACH was Zombaio's proposed and long-awaited solution. So I much rather they fix whatever internal problems they are having and keep ACH as a reliable, dependable option. But then, I'd much rather have 10X as many subscribers and 2X as big a house, and a sporty car with a sunroof, too!

The 1/16 payout I mentioned in the above comment arrived this morning, 1/17. I hope this means things are back on-schedule!
