    any free international calls recommend?

    Hello there.
    I want to make free international calls to China. Can you recommend some good free international calls soft / App ? maybe this could be used on PC or android or IOS,but its OK. I know google voice is good .but its not free in China . Groove IP (android) is good but only to America and canada .
