The majority of the pills are ineffective. Extenze was good but with the massive side effects. I used to promote them. Stiff Nights was the real deal until the FDA shut them down under pressure from Viagra. It was widely rumored that Viagra pushed hard $$$ to get the FDA to act against Stiff because they were a viable threat to Viagra because the pill was even better than Viagra and lasted longer in terms of potency.
Since then, the FDA has shut down all the "good" pills and left the crappy ones aroundComment

Beamonster got good press because 3rd degree films made a movie (BeaMonstar) but the product (the pill) is not that great.
Rockhardweekend was never a big player in the pill market.
Prolatis was actually quite good until the FDA crushed them like they do any good pill. In 2010, the FDA strong armed the makers of Prolatis to voluntarily recall their products nationwide when it was discovered that Prolatis had Sulfoaildenafil in their pills, the active ingredient in Viagra. Since then, Prolatis changed the formula of their product and thus, their potency is less than good.

Extenze was a good product but too many people suffered massive side effects. Violent mood swings was one of the major complains.
