                                                      First thing I noticed is no HTTPS on the signup when entering CC info

                                                      Signup process sucks. Not just what's pointed out above, but I'm sitting here waiting and have no clue if anything went through even though I'm looking at the client area.

                                                              Incorrect SPF values in the DNS will cause most/all computer-generated emails to go to a spam folder in gmail, and other mail clients with a very strict SA threshold ..

                                                              If memory serves me right, it's as simple as replacing the " ~ " (tilde) near the end of the SPF value with a " - " (hyphen)
