You are probably best using a bit more advanced solution, using Max Mind or something.

Use IPtables if you have the capability, or if your HOST will do it.

Here's a site with the compiled blocks already, on a per country/region basis. The following Link handles various Asian countries.

ETA: Oops, you wanted to redirect... not block. The above is to outright block an entire country.

Well honestly I get some guy from India or Sri Lanka to spend in cams but they're mostly a $5 a month guys, about Pakistan that's less often. What I don't see happening it is them spending $100's, as westerns can do often. I wonder maybe a india/pakistan cam site with india/pakistan girls and micro prices it would work, but I know no one indian or pakistani cam girl (except a few who are in USA/UK, but they would not work for micro prices...).

Average salary there is less than $100 per month, so yeah small prices would work better

Deny them a visa at the border.

If that doesn't work, ask your host to do it. A few different ways.

using IP tables isn't really a good idea.. the rules can become cumbersome enough to slow the system down...
