That site has a lot of very questionable content. I know on 4chan they'll do "your favorite motherless videos, post them!" Then they post the directory to attach to the motherless domain.
There's money in what they do, I just don't feel comfortable ever doing something like that, even if user upload is a defense.

As far as I can see they are with NTT America, which "seems" a reputable global palyer. If that site really has CP I wouldn't be surprised if they would terminate their account within seconds. But for now it might be best to keep them hosted in the US

I send all DMCA's to NTT America as well but so far it doesn't seem to have much effect other than the usual whack-a-mole game thieves like to play. I also cc AK on all DMCA's so hopefully he's making progress on sites like this.

Yes they sell only prepaid spots for what I know. I tried to buy ads time ago, replied: "I currently sell pops to livejasmin. But we could do some small pops on 404 pages, flat fee, and would rather do at least a 2 month deal."

Just for your info, motherless it is not worst than many others (I will not list there - I reported some in the AK stop file locker forum, with no much results or even comments), all of which with the same ads to same cam programs, all direct purchase pre-paid (so they well know where their ad is - must mail the guy, send him money first for 2 months period etc.), where's all this news or scandal?

He sent me an email crying about how having threads about him is damaging to his business. Get that, threads on a board are damaging HIS business yet thousands of stolen videos on his site has no effect on our business. Typical thief mentality.

He claims that he allows producers to remove their videos from his site. How convenient and "quiet" is that? I have an idea, instead of creating a way for producers to quietly remove their stolen content, spend your time creating a way to prevent stolen videos from being uploaded in the first place.

What you don't realize Josh is that we've already done most of the work to find our stolen content so the extra step of submitting a DMCA to everyone in the chain helps to fight the cause, even if it's only in a small way. I said it before and I'll say it again, theft is a short-term business model and it will eventually catch up to you.

Guys like you don't think they are doing anything wrong and that you aren't responsible for the content on your site. You're clouded by a loophole in the legal system but someday that loop is going to be around your neck.

Unfortunately its not a scandal, piracy is "accepted" nowdays. Its normal that guys like crakrevenue funds piracy sites like this and at the same time are getting "company of the year" awards.

I'm not saying Tubes don't convert because they do. I submit sample clips to many legit tubes and get good traffic/sales from many of them. Many are affiliates of mine and are making good money so that's a win-win. Tubes are obviously replacing MGPs and they work well.

My beef is seeing pages upon pages of my full-length videos posted. To add insult to injury, they crop out my watermark and often add another url. When I contact the owner of that site, they play dumb like it wasn't them. Now I know why they steal, they're not smart enough to do anything else.

He brags about his Alexa rank like it's a hard earned achievement. That would be like a thug bragging about how much money he makes mugging people. I'm not impressed.

Tubes are here to stay, there's no dispute over that but if they want content then they have to play by the producer's rules.
