    When approved sales don't match stats...what does that mean?

    If you ever review your stats and the sales being reported do not match up 100% with the stats ....what do you attribute that to??

    Mothman prophecies....Freddy Kruger....Rapunzel...daffy duck?

    What is the cause for such disparity and wanton inaccurate stats?

    If only I was imagining this I could see the humor...but its hardly funny to see stats not matching up and then post a question about it to only get thread jacked by a very prolific and astute ass hat if there ever was one.

                          I usually wait 24 hours when I see a discrepancy, then raise a ticket if it is still there, 90% of the time after 24 hours it is resolved with slower than usual reporting updates. The rest of the time it is normally due to Direct Pay billing option on CCBill which shows as a sale even though the customer may not have paid the money in yet so it's not a confirmed transaction.

                              Thank you for that SOJ! That is something to consider and thats what I am asking what could *cause* the discrepancy in stats.

                              I must admit I am confused can you explain what you mean by sale showing up even though the customer paid no money?

                              One of my issues is a little different....I have sales showing up without any form submissions or form approvals?

                              Would like to think and be assured that there can be no sale with out first there being a form submission

                                  Sliiing is wonderful however limited in tracking ability...they can only track whats actually *reported* to them.

                                  The discrepancy is elsewhere and if it were just the visual discrepancy in the stats alone it would not be so disenchanting, but I get audio discrepancies when I ask around and talk to different reps.

                                  One thing I am sure of 100% and that is when I speak of form hits or form submissions or stats on gfy the flames and trolls attack viciously!

                                  When I ask direct questions to reps about this same issue they get noticeably uncomfortable and stuttery with the questions...I wish you could hear what I hear.

                                  I am showing discrepancies of 50% in these reported stats and nobody wants to talk about it...or provide reasoning or explanation..

                                  And then I come here to get some explanation and get attacked as if attacking me personally changes the fact that stats are fucked up and inaccurate

                                              Obviously she isn't interested in answers. Like she has shown over and over again. Many people helped her out and explained things to her like she is a 7 year old. She didn't care. Because all she cares about is conspiracies. She is a truther. And funny enough those kind of people aren't interested in the truth.
