I used to get that, it can be a good read. I was about to subscribe again but I notice it's $20 USD if you're in the USA, $70 USD if you're in Canada.

I'm not cheap, it's the principle. $50 difference between shipping to Grand Forks, ND, and Winnipeg, 3 hours north?
