Just to be clear, I am not really trashing AWE, they have always paid on time etc, but sometimes with support issues like this they are somewhat absent ever since Mickey left a few years ago so I am just wondering. Their site says the WL gets reviewed in 24 hours so obviously it's been quite a bit longer than that. I sent a support ticket several days ago just to make sure I had set up the A records ok, (SUPPORT #XPS-676979) but all I got back was a form type of response, "thanks for your patience, your A records are ok, you should be reviewed and approved ASAP." but that was 4 days ago.
Why can't they approve the content of the site first without you redirecting the site to them initially? This seems to be a consistent problem for them. I have seen other people saying their WL's had taken a while also to be set up. Am I missing something?
I am just concerned now that it is heading into Christmas that it will get delayed even further. If I had known it would have taken this long I probably would have just tried another company. I have been with AWE for many years so I have stuck with them but I notice other WL's tend to do better in the search engine rankings generally. Maybe I should give another company a shot? Any recommendations??
