Yes, including natural disasters apparently. Earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, regular weather and clouds no longer happen naturally. They are all carefully controlled by the US government using HAARP and chemtrails. And not a single person working for the government on any of these schemes has ever come forward to blow the whistle. Even if they tried they would disappear. All true. :Oh crap
