This tragedy and many others could've simply of been averted if congress repealed the private mental health medical records. If you were American you'd know that if we have a physical fight with our spouse, we'll lose the right to ever own a firearm for life with a public police record verifying this. BUT if you're insane and like to run down the street smeared in your own shit, feel free to go buy a gun as this can't be verified as it's illegal for a doctor or mental health facility to disclose this.

So what was the origin of this or why is it illegal for medical records to be openly available? In the 80's the AID's epidemic scared healthcare insurance companies because of the high healthcare costs they soon dropped coverage for men with the slightest of AIDS symptoms. Thousands of gay men and later hemophiliacs with full-blown HIV died horrible deaths because they couldn't get healthcare. A liberal congress seeing this passed a law that medical records couldn't be available to the public ie., insurance company inquiries.

You see if you were American you'd know never to take anything literally in our country. Those kids died because 5 of the last school shooters all had medical mental conditions, but a special interest liberal law for the minority few prevented gun stores from having access to health records of the people with mental illness. ZERO Liberals will stepup and own that, and now these same liberals want to pass more laws, yet again, the minority interest to ban guns.

So an outsider not knowing this might look in and say, those fucking gun owners are crazy. I would, but what you obviously don't know, we are tired of being victims of minority interests.
