I think he's right. I also think this bit is very true.

The simple fact is, if you understand the criminal legal system with the evidence at hand there was no way he would be found guilty.

Quite often Charles says some really dumb shit when he's on air. But in this interview he spoke quite well and brought up a lot of truths that usually get ignored. Hopefully people get to hear his message.

Yes the pres should keep out of stuff like this. By belittling the court system it just re-enforces the racist mentality with the masses.

Its very simple. Zimmermann was going to be found not guilty in the criminal case. The cops knew it, which is why they didn't want to go to court in the first place.

On the other hand, he will very likely be found guilty in a civil case, as he should be.
