This website is preying on the disadvantaged by self described "One lazy coon" This individual who describes himself as a nigga and so on has made a business of exploiting Native American girls in both Canada and the USA. Many of these girls are on ODSP for FAS (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome) We ask that your organization review the site for yourselves and make your own determination. This man (Shimmy) has reinforced many of the negative stereotypes about the treatment of women by black males. We believe the exploitation is not adults providing in informed consent it's criminal abuse. We are contacting other organizations and influential individuals in hopes of getting the predator stopped. His attitude is as bad as his actions and as a member of a group who has faced discrimination to then take advantage of another disadvantaged group shows complete disregard for any morals. As status Indians these girls are citizens of North America and therefore as much US Citizens as Canadians. we have had enough of his disgusting exploitation and want him stopped We do not condone violence and believe there is grounds for criminal charges.It is our understanding he was ejected from the Grand Portage Casino which is Native run. (He makes disparaging remarks about inbred) We see this as an opportunity to strengthen Black and Native relations by working together to stop this predator. He has no concern for these girls, there children who may face horrible ridicule, the parents who no doubt are shamed. I wrote to this man some time ago informing him that there are issues with some of the girls he simply ignored it. We know there are good upstanding black people who are as disgusted as we are. We want to organize an effort to have this man prosecuted before he harms anyone else. The harm that Alcohol did left a terrible legacy and these girls are the product and to exploit them and contribute to the humiliation there children will be exposed to (these are after all small communities he visits) has a terrible effect already one child has had to transfer schools after hie mother was identified. I don't always agree with Rev Sharpton but I know he places the protection of children as a priority. Not only do the actions of this individual harm Native people but when you review how he portrays the role of blacks it also creates a potential hatred but suggesting this is a culturally acceptable act that exploiting woman in this fashion is somehow something that young black males should aspire too and this does a disservice to the black community as well as Natives. We are also writing to Ms Winfrey who has a great deal of influence and is sensitive to abuse of woman by predators who boost of there abuses
We have his photo, If we are serious about tracking this guy down and confronting him this can be done. It will require some resources and some time, one thing about this business is it is full of those who are willing to do anything for a buck. I am willing to bet that a 1000.00 offer for information leading to his whereabouts would produce some pretty quick results. I am betting these girls are earning next to nothing and if they could earn a grand by tipping off the whereabouts of his next production I bet we could have him. Lets set up a "where in the world is shimmy site" and offer money for his location. This way every time he sets up shop he will have to worry if he is being set up. I believe that law enforcement is going to be make this guy a priority, with the help of yourself and other respected members of the black community he after all has basically bragged about his exploitation of these girls. If nothing else he has reinforced many of the stereotypes associated with Black men and there treatment of women and we should approach the leaders of the Black community and ask for there help. Does the good Rev Sharpton approve of this, I am going to email him and ask him. How about the First Lady, When young black girls were being exploited they acted. We need these people to pressure for a prosecution, as status Indians these girls are also citizens of the USA. Write to Al Sharpton , M Obama, Jessie Jackson, Farrakhan, Will Smith, our own celebrities Johnny Depp, and ask that they lend there voice to the call for action. Lets start by asking our leadership organization to reach out to other leadership organizations all across Canada and the USA. Lets ask Grand Portage to contact other Native Casinos and ask them to join together in a campaign to stop this guy. We can do this if we work together. We need a website address is there anyone who can help set one up we can use his portions of his own site and his own words to support our cause. I will make the first effort today by writing Al Sharpton and I ask that each one of us do the same write one politician actor, religious figure and ask for there help.
Why could he not at least have made an attempt to find real girls. Lets set up a tip line where his whereabouts can be reported to protect girls by making communities aware of his presence. We need to locate him and then we can pressure the local prosecutor using the media he so blatantly posts on his site CBC/CTV W5 these are the agencies who can pressure a prosecutor to act. Rather than his content it is his attitude. Anyway he is out there I am certain he has family out there and if they are like him they might turn him in for the G NOTE. I believe he is an American as such finding him in Canada would be perhaps better as a potential flight risk the Crown can argue to hold him in custody further we can pressure Immigration to have him deemed undesirable further it appears he is working here in Canada did he have a permit to work in Canada. We need to organize, he states the Grand Portage Casino tossed him out and perhaps that would be a good place to start to ask for a contribution to find and prosecute this guy and the other Native Casinos may follow suit. If we can get an indictment we could perhaps feature him on America's most wanted. We need to ask our leaders to approach the media and question our gov't leaders. Can our gov't not ask the Americans to act to apprehend what could be a serial sex offender who preys on the most vulnerable and then makes a mockery of the misery he leaves behind. Your organization has the ability to focus the black community on the damage single individual actions can do to the reputation of the entire community
At least one of the girls has since died and it is my understanding her regret for her participation and the effect it had on her children was a contributing factor. We need to locate this man and then bring in the authorities I am not a vigilante although there is a growing faction in the Native community which feels justified in taking matters into there own hands and can you blame them. These girls are someone's daughters mothers sisters and I do not approve of pornography, but if the adults are consenting then its a personal choice but in the case of the poor this is not sex between consenting adults it's abuse. Please review this site and reach your own conclusion and then lets bring our 2 communities together and stamp this out.
