Well.. ears grow for your entire life, so when you're old they're big. Lots of hair grows out of the edge of the ear too. Maybe that's what he meant.

not long ago i was sitting at my computer, guess i was scratching my head above/beside my ear unconsciously, then i felt something with my thumb, went 'hmmm' so i rubbed along my ear and went 'WTF?' - so I took my thumb and forefinger and pulled, omg there was a clump of hair, pretty light colored and soft. I knew I had a little hair along the edge of the ears, in the sunlight i could always see it, most people do but as you get older it definitely increases.

there was this convenience store I used to frequent, the guy who usually worked the counter at night was an older Sri Lankan man. Hir ears were covered in black hair - and growing out of them as well. I was amazed that he just let it be.

I'm thinking this, the more hair I get on my body, the weirder places they start showing up.

I get 2 on my neck that I have to trim or pull out, they seem to appear an inch or 2 long all of a sudden. Like chest hairs but on my neck!

Ear hair is a bitch aswell, easy to pull out though.
