Just launched a new informational website about the adult industry and threw up an online application (gathers their contact information, what they're willing to do, any past experience, and lets them upload pictures) that has been generating a couple leads a day. I get about 1 girl for every 4 guys that apply. What should I do to monetize this? Sell the leads to someone? Try to get them to sign up as cam models?

I'm in the bay area (california) and don't know anyone in this industry. I wouldn't mind setting up a quasi agency but I work a desk job (9-6 with an hour commute each way) so I don't really have the time.
