"delegalized"? What are you talking about? The reason the NRA is an influencial group is that MILLIONS of little Americans, like my mom, pay their $35 per year to be a member. The constitution garuentees people the right of free association, and the NRA advocates for education, training, as well as strict enforcement of the laws already on the books. Have you ever looked at anything the NRA stands for from their own publications, or are you just taking someone else's twisting of their positions?
How do you "delegalize" a group that represents the views of millions of people? What kind of place do you live in where people are not allowed to express their views? There are plenty of large anti-gun groups out there, you are free to join one of those if you don't agree with the NRA. The fact that they are much smaller in size might be a reason why the views of those millions in the US that are pro gun ownership are so strong.
