I would live there in a heatbeat. How gorgeous! Would you mind letting me know what something like that costs to rent?

about $2k per month

[Paul&John]

very fucking nice, how much would that house (or a similar one) to buy instead of renting?

[Elli]

about $2k per month

Ok, now I'm upset. That's what I pay and I assure you, my house does not look like that.

[MaDalton]

no idea - but at least $300k i would guess

it's deep in some village, therefore not the most pricey area

If those are real wood planks for the decking, looks like a good way to get splinters in your ass especially as it ages and becomes weathered. Seems like a bad decision to use it instead of tile or concrete. Theres also some that have very sharp ends that could be very dangerous if you're not careful getting in and out of the pool.

see above - we had no say

but this is not the US, they don't print "hot" on a coffee cup and also don't worry much if someone gets a splinter

but it's some special (and expensive) wood that is supposed not to weather - we'll see

and usually we move every 3-4 years anyways

[lucas131]

that is some nice looking place for hot days, congrats!

Assuming you're counting the summer as roughly the months of June, July & August, you've got a whopping six weeks left, lol!
