Do never buy Smart tube pro !

I just want to do a small post talking about smart tube pro support .

I am not sure if my link will be accepted but ...... never seen so poor support since years .

I am now waiting since not far from 3 days a answer to a problem.

These guy's do not care about customers and do not care about business they are like in France they close offices the friday at 17h and let you down til monday 9am .

They talk about support ........... my balls this is realy piece of shit I asked refund and will buy mechbunny asap .

When you like to do business you need to work with pro peoples, peoples like them just help you to go bankrupt .

I am on the Internet market since 1998 and own my Amsterdam Web Hosting company with high quality support for cheap since 10 years .... we are still alive and in good conditions .

If you like to make money with tube sites DO NOT BUY SMART TUBE PRO it is cheap but it is piece of shit ... very complicated software and very poor support but it cost officially ?500 for license .

stp rocks, I've personally setup at least 50 of those and the script is SUPERB
also, every forum question gets answered and even more so, forum is super big so your question is most likely already answered

Yes, support on STP has been lacking due to health issues.. we are sorry for this and will find solution to this in 2013.

What isn't true though that STP is piece of shit, its very well the most advanced tube script on the market today and runs happily on 100's of tubes! The many features can be intimidating to some but its what people wanted in the first place.

STP is complex, but its rock solid and can handle huge load.

Again, support issues are being worked on and we hope to find some suitable solution asap.

Smart Tube pro heeft hele goede support maar ze hebben even te kampen met wat gezondheids problemen. Het gevolg van het dag en nacht 100 procent klaar willen staan voor de klanten.
Ik denk dat het zakelijk verstandiger was geweest om hier op gfy een oproep te plaatsen of ze even contact met je willen opnemen. Dan hadden ze dat vast gedaan en had je mogelijk zelfs support in het Nederlands gekregen.
Op deze manier gooi je een beetje je eigen glazen in en dat is niet altijd verstandig.

Klopt Patrick, maar deze klant heeft ook wel beetje gelijk, we hadden het als smart scripts beter moeten communiceren.

Maar Oliver, wij zijn er al sinds 1999 met non stop support geweest, nu gaat het effe mis.

While I've never had to deal with STP support, I concur with Oliver in that I'd stay the fuck away from it. I hate it but have to support it here and there.

And fwiw, mycyberhosting is fucking excellent. I rarely stand behind hosts but mch is unknown on gfy but if you only go by gfy hosts, more fool you. Oliver runs a shit hot gem of a hosting setup.
