Not sure if you would be interested, but each of our virtual hosting accounts comes with a point and activate BBS / Forum board.
Here is an example of the default config, but it can be modified by you (the admin), to look any way you would like with you domain. http://lastcache.com/bbs/ Plans start at $39.95.

Then get a designer to create a logo...
