simple. Most of the big tgp's dont have time to answer emails and sort out bogus advertising requests sooooooooooo..there ya have it

I know they have better things to do - but if I started CyberDogInc tomorrow, I doubt anyone would come to me with their advertizing spots on their TGPs...
