Got the same issue some days ago. I've had chat with their support and they unlocked it.
However the reason was something like : many times wrong pass (which is kinda strange since I know my pass ) - or clearing the cookies - which is not cool - because these are helpful with remembering the user/pass for the forums I post promo pics around.

Their auto changing passwords suck ass... This happens to me every 3 months... I go to bed... I wake up and they locked my account for needing to change my password. While I sleep stats remote keeps trying to login and gets my IP banned.

Fucking lame shit!
