6 weeks for Paxum standard delivery card?????

I asked today the paxum customer dept. some info regarding how much does it takes
for the card to arrive to my location ( Romania)

the answer just blew me away: "around 6 weeks from the date it was shipped on."

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it sent with a courier on bycycle? with a courier on foot? or with a 99 years old postman suffering from parkinson disease?? WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my redpass card in 7 days. !! why can't paxum do the same??

or maybe is it because they want to make people pay the extra high costs for express
shipment????

Or maybe because you live in Europe and they are a US based company they want to make sure you are not full of shit? Usually they place "worst case scenarios" on when to expect it. Deal with it or move the fuck on. Not to mention mail over in that shithole probably takes 2 weeks alone to get there by donkey, stork or however the fuck it is you get your mail.

Unfortunately we have no control over the local postal service, and so all we can provide are estimates. Typically we ask International Paxum clients to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of their card before contacting us to request a replacement.

Often our European clients receive their cards within 2-3 weeks of shipment, however we cannot guarantee that turnaround, and so we state the longest amount of time we believe it may take when we provide our estimates.

anyway, if i were to send something to hte US, a country next door, id say 10 days to 2 weeks till they get it

whereas it would probably take no more than 5 days
