I am not sure about Germany either, but in The Netherlands it is perfectly normal that a person that is suspected of tax evasion is taken out of the running for a few days / weeks. The FIOD (which is sort of a tax police unit) interrogates the case and you are not allowed to speak with anyone but the FIOD and you lawyers.

6) For the end user (consumer) of Manwin's products, brand image will be associated with criminal activity. Ultimately they will start looking for alternatives

But I can speculate that these things might also happen

7) Gouvernements are going to start to examine closely the tube business model. Issues about the lack of paperwork documenting performer age and compliance will be raised. 8) Manwin is owned by a German, head office in Luxembourg and operating out of Montréal. So the issue of how companies that are not owned by americans and are not United States based ignore the laws of their own nationality in an attempt to exploit loopholes in United States laws.

9) With banks and mail drop offices in several nations. Manwin's ability and ease to transfer money may make it a gouvernement target in order to justify new banking and anti laudering laws.

10) Because a close examination of Manwin's finances will occur. If Manwin was doing what soo many others are doing. The effectiveness of Internet based advertising and the use of BOT TRAFFIC to inflate revenus might finally become know to the general public and alert them to a rampent fraud problem on the Internet.
