They sended me this shit for VISA.They offers me to pay 3500$ to have VISA payments.This is crazy.Iam very very
disappointed and company losing my trust and patience.

There are places that do it cheaper than $3500 plus $1000 per year, but that's the order of magnitude you are looking at no matter what you do.

I'm in the same boat. Pay $3,500 (or whatever to set up a company), or lose my rebills.

I can afford $3,500, but I don't exactly have it available right this instant. I also think it's a very bad idea to rush into something as significant as setting up an offshore corporation.

At this stage I am seriously considering cancelling all PSW visa rebills and mailing those members, asking them nicely to re-sign up with verotel. I've already asked PSW for a complete list.

Other potential options:

1. Go into partnership with a USA or EU citizen
2. Sell the site to a USA or EU citizen

Offshores are a pain in the ass, and they can be a flag for the goverment saying "PLEASE AUDIT ME". The whole thing is ridiculous beyond imagination.
