If your rankings dropped its most likely because your links were penalized. If you lost your PR to zero then you have some serious issues but if it just lost rankings and serp positions for poor links (most are not on GFY) your ranks should be coming back soon.Comment

does an expert seo/webmaster publically show sites for sale, and if you just took a peak you'd see darllin that half the link packs show their site when selling links. Now if you are selling PR4 or considerable links you may not want to reveal the site but with aPR1 eh who cares? Thats your beef?Comment

Yes, it is possible. Rankings is not depend of links from PR sites. Sell/Buy "High quality PR links" is just trick for the customers. Shitty site with high PR is still shitty site, right?
Here a tip when buy links. Don`t look for PR of the site. Look for Page Authority (PA), Domain Authority (DA) of the site, Age, Alexa rank, social present (twitter, Pinterest, Facebook). And look for contextual links not only for sidebar or footer position.Comment
