    WordPress Proof of Concept Piece with Category Thumbs

    Gonna clean up the code but this is the basic outline.

    Index of Categories with big thumbs, leading to the category page with small thumbs, and those link to posts.

    note: the styling is very minimal, since this only took 10 mins to do, uses 1 plugin, which im gonna remove (the one that does the category images)

                                                                                              Category Thumb and Index Proof of Concept.

                                                                                              No images used in this, all alterations made via style.css.

                                                                                              Very minimal, customize at your pleasure.

                                                                                              Requires: Taxonomy Images Plugin (lets you assign categories an image).

                                                                                              credits:

                                                                                              Taxonomy Images by Michael Fields.
                                                                                              Masonry jQuery Plugin for reordering of thumbs.

                                                                                              Usage:

                                                                                              1. Create Categories, and assign the image, i used 320x240 in my example, uploaded and selected full size.
                                                                                              2. Create a post and assign a thumb using featured image, I went with 180x135 (full size again)

                                                                                              You will probably want to customize the single post template (loop-single.php)

                                                                                              Its very Minimal the way it is now.
