If you need to schedule Tweets then I'd go Hootsuite....for all other purposes then Tweetdeck is the best IMHO. I manage 30 Twitter accounts from Tweetdeck and never miss a beat!

Tweetdeck on the laptop here but Hootsuite on my iPad and iPhone.

I'm trying to tweet for myself, www.occash.com, www.lordsofporn.com, and www.pornstarplatinum.com, that being said...I am partial to tweetdeck, having messed with both.

Tweetdeck is what I've stuck with for multiple accounts and scheduling. Got five going at the moment and its doing what I need to take care if them all. Setup a dozen or so tweets first thing in the morning, then pop on whenever I get an RT or an incoming tweet. Easy peasy.
