Exactly the same as any other website... Remember OSx is actually unix based, so in theory running linux like software is possible.
But I don't get your question. Why would the language be different? |

The web was designed with being open and accessible from any operating system or web browser. Microsoft has tried with ActiveX and now silver-light to change that, but for the most part it is.
