                        If you mean Physical strength, I guess it varies on individuals no matter the race BUT...

                        I know that Black people have more of a something we Caucasians have less. it's called Explosive Fiber (Fast twitch muscle fibres)... For that reason, out of the blocks at a sprint race, the black guy might have an edge over the white one. Is it enough to make an untrained Black guy beat a trained White one on a 100 meters race? I doubt it, but he does have an edge.

                        Same as for any sports which requires a strong/quick power output like Basketball (jumping), Fast Stop en Go running like football... Nah Golf is not in the list (Even with Tiger).

                        That's why many black guys are also good at boxing, because of that same fiber. But what do I know
