Lend the $5,000 to me instead so I can buy freeze drying equipment.

I live near a Yak farm. They incinerate unused portions of the carcass. I really believe there is a market for cutting the penis off and selling it as freeze dried yak penis.

The investment will be better than this guy. Not by much, but some.

This would not work. You are risking nothing while the lender is risking the $5k. Your domains and network seem to have little to no value, or a value of much much less than $5k.

You are serious about this, you have to find a way to make it risk free to the lender, and prove to the lender that he will earn his return. Your say-so (or anyone elses say-so) is not proof.
