We are revamping our email campaigns and wanted to hear peoples opinions on a good packages to use. We have used PHPLIST and DADA mail over the years to success but want a fresh start with features that convert.

It's a hefty price but interspire http://www.interspire.com/emailmarketer/
is killer.
It's a big one time investment but it's worth it!

What did people think of PHPLIST? Does it do the job for most stuff? I just want to build build a few small targeted lists of my sites, and send out newsletters with free promos etc.

I also need something probably a lot more high end for a local mainstream project that I will be working on soon, that could potentially have 100K plus subscribers or more city wide. Would PHPLIST handle this, or would I need something like constant contact or this Interspire? Interspire seems extremely expensive.
