I was thinking about purchasing your unlimited suite product. But, I saw some posts that say a working knowledge of PHP is necessary to take full advantage of the product. I know you post here from time to time and just thought I'd ask.

Also, if I buy the single blog version just to give it a shot, can I then upgrade to the unlimited suite or must I purchase it separately? Not that $30 is going to break the bank, but I'm just curious.

Not deff true imo. Of course some knowledge will help any one,
but my experience is that you can also request to cyberseo admin to write the code.
He will ask for a small fee, and have a very fair turn around time.
(prolly $5/$10/$15, that are some prices that I got charged for)

It's a professional tool, so PHP knowledge will give you almost unlimited power. On the other hand, a lot of useful functions are already built-in and can be used via usual setup options menu. Furthermore, there are many ready-to use extension scripts and howto's are available on the official site along with step-by-step instructions. Even newbies can use them.

Actually tube engines are not my competitors, since CyberSEO is not just another tube engine. Yes, it allows to setup and run self-populated tubes, but that's just one of 1000's possible ways of use. As I said above, you just need to change a few settings and copy-paste a small PHP code (can be found on the official support forum) and turn it into a TGP engine, online magazine (newspaper), pinboard, video blog, image board/gallery or anything else.

Furthermore, with CyberSEO you can use ALL available WP themes and plugins. There is no such a narrow specialized script (say a tube or TGP engine) which has as many extensions and templates as WP has. Yes, WP is not ideal CMS, but it's the most popular and accommodated one.
